"What is preamble"

So first question is that what is the preamble ??

In what sense do you understand it so guys if you are worried that omg! 

You are not aware from it so do not worry i am here to aware from it so let's start.

Preamble is the first page of the indian constitution. 

Which we know it as our indian preamble . It means in our preamble 

we have our rights as social , economic , political  freedom .  

Our indian preamble taken from American constitution .Our preamble describe our rights , our freedom .

It is the entire mixture of the indian constitution.

 Philosophical postulates of indian political system (with special reference to the preamble)

  Our indian preamble is like a  whole juice of lemon ( justice , equality, rights , brotherhood, freedom) . 

Preamble is the base and the motivation of the constitution. 

Whole features of constitution takes power from the preamble.

Meaning and defination of the preamble 

According to the dr thakurdas bhargav ," preamble is the main part of the constitution. It is the soul of the constitution and it is the key of the constitution" 

•  Preamble describe about it that indian is a democratic country and it define the indian government and politics
• Preamble indicate  to the principles of the indian goverment 
• In the political and moral perspective preamble tells duty to the officers for the nation .
• Preamble tell us about the secular country that indian is secular country and our indian don't give priorities to a single 'Dharma'. For the state every religion is equal and this is a natural right for everyone, everyone is free for taking rolls for their religion , worship.

 Preamble in the process of making.

   

The basis of the Preamble of the Constitution is the Objective Resolution presented by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. 

He presented the Constitution in the Assembly on 13 December 1946.  The father of this objective resolution was Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

  

The speech given by Nehru on the Objectives Resolution had a magic effect on the Constituent Assembly and the light of hope, gaiety and resolution would shine all around.

Our objectives have been explained in the proposal I am presenting to you. The plan has been outlined and it has been told which way are we going to follow

 

 The Constituent Assembly considered the proposal for a total of 8 days. 

Most of the members of the Constituent Assembly enthusiastically supported the Objectives motion,

 but visiting the Vice-Chancellor and Dr. Ambedkar wanted that the consideration of the motion be postponed.

On 22 January 1946, Jawaharlal Nehru replied to the debate on the Objectives Resolution and was accepted by the Constituent Assembly.

We the people of India having Solemnly resolved to constitute India into a sovereign socialist secular democratic republic and to secure all the citizens .

Justice social economic and political liberty of thoughts expression belief faith and worship equality of status and of opportunity and to  promote among them all fraternity Assuring  the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the nation in our constitution assembly this day of November 1949 to hereby adopt and act and give two ourself constitution
